Deployment of UPI QR codes, soundboxes, resolving merchant’s concerns and servicing Freshdesk tickets created by customer support team. Goldman Sachs helps many brokers to manage their portfolios. This management is done through an internal application. Various modes of data exchange are used between the application and external systems. Some of them are automated with RESTful APIs, XML/CSV file transfers, but many are still not and even using Fax for sending a document. All this data has records of transactions of Billions of dollars. Human error is not acceptable for these situations. Cash management takes care of this issue and provides various interfaces for feeding data to the application. Using this application, there is a significant increase in deposits.
Mobile wallets like Samsung Pay, Apple Pay and Android Pay are used for digital payments through smart phones and smart watches. User adds Credit, Debit or gift cards in the mobile wallet. This project manages adding AMEX card to user's mobile wallet. This includes tokenization aka generating virtual account numbers and rotating them periodically. Offline Device Authentication was also supported for allowing wallets to use Amex cards without internet connectivity for situations like payments in subways terminals.
CitiRisk Retirement(Dec 2014 – Nov 2016) CitiRisk Portal is a novel web-based portal for Citibank employees. It will equip Citibank employees with an online solution which would speed up their decision making and approvals for standard procedures which would otherwise take a lot of time and effort in evaluation. It will provide a unique interface to analyze Credit Risks. It also supports reusing the Customer information and facilitates audit.
eSubmission (June 2014 – Dec 2014): eSubmission will provide a tool for Allianz Insurance Specialist (IS) stationed in bank partners’ offices so that they can create sales illustration, submit SPAJ (registration form), submit policy service request, and perform inquiry for bancassurance customer. This is to decrease the turnaround time on services offered by Allianz Indonesia.
ASN Tool Box (Aug 2013 –June 2014): ASN Toolbox project, a novel web-based sophisticated iPad solution, for its ASN Distribution Channel. It will equip ASN agents with mobile solution which would speed up their sales, personal production monitoring and agency monitoring activities. The policies issues with ASN Toolbox will immidiately available in admin portal for underwriting. After release of this application, users were able to get their policy document on next business day.
Facebook App for JebBlue Aiways (Nov 2012 – Aug 2013): Facebook users can see this application on Facebook.com. They can see how many Friends are located at what location. Create travel plans with Facebook friends. Save the plans for later use. Create an event and invite friends on that event and help them with the plans you have created. Buy tickets for your friends.
OpsCure OSM (Feb 2012 – Nov 2012): Vodacom is South African Telecommunications Company. Opscure is a mobile application integrated with an incident management system viz. HP service desk(backend). A middleware was used for interfacing with mobile application with light weight REST services. The middleware was fetching new and updated data from backend using SOAP services and was uploading data after actions perform by mobile application user. Mobile application is build using hybrid technologies and supports Android, blackberry and iOS.
Contact Locator (Jul 2011 - Feb 2012): Contact Locator is a multiplatform mobile application (built for WP7, Android, BlackBerry and iPhone) for employees of an enterprise to simplify their day-to-day work. It can be used to search and employee, desk allocated to an employee, contact information, working hours, organizational hierarchy etc.
Colleague Finder (Sept 2010 – Jul 2011): Colleague Finder is a multiplatform mobile application (built for WP7, Android, BlackBerry and iPhone) for employees of an enterprise to simplify their day-to-day work by finding all the information regarding an employee on the fingertips. It was also capable of displaying organizational Hierarchy and Escalation matrix.
